As you may have realised we have just reversed the process of recruitment. With our experience in the
industry there is no right or wrong recruitment process. This is an alternative or a supplementary option.
However, we feel that this could really be the next nifty process that could streamline the process
efficiently and cost effectively.

the litigation and property areas of law.
Achievements: He has progressed from a legal secretary role to a senior associate
role in short 4 years being within the firm.
Education/Qualification: Bachelor of Law - major in Commercial Law.

Do I have to register to search for candidates?
No, you are not required to register. You can do a search via keywords, industry, and job specific.
Why do you need me to register to request for further information about the candidates I have short listed?
This is a requirement as we do not disclose any candidate details to a third party who are not a
registered employer with us. You could always opt to cancel your account with us once you have filled
the position. You also have an option to not be on a mailing list for updates.
I had short listed 5 candidates; you only have provided me 4 formatted CV's?
Our policy is that we would ask the short listed candidates first if they consent to giving you their
details/CV. The candidate may not have given us their consent due to many reasons, such as; too far from home etc.
You still have 1 credit left which can be utilised within 30 days.
Why can't I see the candidates CVs with their details?
For confidential reasons, the candidates formatted CV will not have contact details. We can however organise
interviews on your behalf and facilitate the process for you.
How much does it cost for me to request you to organize interviews?
The admin fee to organise up to 5 interviews is $224.00 exc. GST.
Additional interview cost is$40.00 exc. GST per interview.
We raise an invoice and it is sent to you via email or post. We do take credit card payments should you opt to
pay us by credit card.
Are there any hidden fees should I offer employment to the selected candidate?
There are no hidden fees. All fess are disclosed in the terms.
We use a table of fees based on the annual salary package offered to the candidate.
If annual salary package offered is under $20,000, only a flat admin fee is payable. This is cheaper
than placing an ad on some job boards these days.
Can the admin fee that I have paid, credited when we opt to use your professional services?
