Small Business Ministers show their support for the Belmont & Western Australian Small Business Awards

Small business represents around 97 per cent of all businesses in Western Australia. The 23rd
annual Belmont & Western Australian Small Business Awards will be announced from 6pm
October 26th in the Ballroom, Perth Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Special guests will include The Hon Michael McCormack MP, Minister for Small Business and
Member for Riverina, and also The Hon Sean L’Estrange, MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum;
Small Business and Finance.

Also attending will be WA Shadow Treasurer Ben Wyatt MLA, Member for East Metropolitan
Region, Samantha Rowe MLC, Western Australian Senator Sue Lines and Member for Belmont,
Glenys Godfrey, MLA.
Consul Generals from Vietnam (Phung The Long), Sri Lanka (Rosh Jalagge) and Mongolia (Peter
Stuart) will also be in attendance at the high profile event with over 350 attending.
